The Commitment Package is a 12 week package, so it is ideal for people who are looking to lose a large amount of weight over a fixed period of time. This package is by far our most popular programme and is regularly referred to as the Wedding Package by new clients.

Some people find they start on the Introductory Package and enjoy it so much they upgrade to this package after a few weeks.

This package is exactly double that of the Introductory Package in every way, so it makes upgrading very easy.

Perfect for Weddings

This package is perfect for Weddings. Brides and Bridesmaids alike – do you intend to get into a smaller dress for your big day? This package can be purchased for one person, but it can be more fun for the likes of Brides and Bridesmaids to do in a group. Groups are trained together, but reviewed seperately to make sure everybody gets the most out of it. Discounted rates apply for groups based on size – contact us to find out.

  • 12 one-to-one personal training sessions. Once per week for 12 weeks.
  • Exercise Plan. A Trainer will design a personal fitness programme that fits around your lifestyle. This programme is to be followed throughout the week and each session logged onto the exercise diary provided. The Trainer will constantly renew/update this workout plan and review your progress weekly.
  • Food Plan. The Pinch an Inch food plan provides an easy to follow handout with food options available for each meal of the day. Included is a food diary which is to be completed daily and reviewed on weekly basis. New recipes, useful tips and helpful advice will be given throughout the programme to help you stay motivated and stay on track.
  • Free Weekly Weigh-in. By taking weekly measurements and reviewing your progress weekly offers incentive to push yourself harder and stay focused every week.
