This package can be purchased for one person, but it can be more fun for the likes of Brides and Bridesmaids to do in a group. 12 weeks. This will consist of a Personal Training session which can be
delivered in the comfort of your own home, place of work, local gym
and/or outdoors.

Plan. A Trainer will design a personal fitness programme
that fits around your lifestyle. This programme is to be followed
throughout the week and each session logged onto the exercise diary
provided. The Trainer will constantly renew/update this workout plan
and review your progress weekly.

Plan. The Pinch an Inch food plan provides an easy to
follow handout with food options available for each meal of the day.
Included is a food diary which is to be completed daily and reviewed on
weekly basis. New recipes, useful tips and helpful advice will be given
