I've been coming to Bootcamp for a year and a half now and absolutely love it. Darren and all of the other members are so supportive and are always available to lend an ear and offer advice in all aspects of training, including diet issues. Personal training is luxury that is not to be taken lightly. Learning the key skills, tools and knowledge first hand will not just help you get in the best shape you’ve ever been in right now, once you have the knowledge it will also help you for the REST OF YOUR LIFE and probably your kids too!
As a one to one coach I use various forms of physical and psychological training techniques so maximum results can be achieved. Your initial consultation will consist of a full fitness assessment, body measurements, and lifestyle assessment. After which a exercise and nutrition program can be designed. Programs that will progressively overload your current fitness levels, taking you to new levels and bringing out the best in you.
