Boxercamp is the Pinchaninch version of Boxercise. A cardio and resistance based workout that will help increase your fitness, tone up and lose weight. Prominently boxing throughout, these sessions can include boxing training such as boxing circuits and boxing agility drills.
Using our bootcamp training methods that include HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) we can maximise fat burning and increased fitness, these sessions are great fun and very enjoyable and some would say very addictive! Beginners are welcome, we have mixed fitness abilities from the super unfit to the super fit!
