    Unlike some boot camps that train in public parks, you have guaranteed privacy from public eye makes me feel much more comfortable, sessions are really good fun too.

    I have been going to Boot Camp since June. I originally went to support my daughter – guess what she goes as and when I now go three times a week. Don’t say you are too old because I am the real wrong side of 50. Don’t say you have not exercised in years because neither had I. Don’t say you work full-time and have a family because so do I. All I know is I am wearing clothes that I wouldn’t of worn this time last year (no not mutton dressed as lamb), My nana arms have gone, I bend now without creaking, my confidence has returned and I am full of energy.

    The other boot campers are a mixed age and fitness ability but the great thing about it is that it is very private, and everyone is really friendly and supportive so don’t be nervous. Its up to you how much effort you put in.

    Darren, Bill, Anna and sometimes Nichola really know their stuff and are equally full of fun and mischief.

    Come and see for yourself – it is really getting fun now the winter weather has arrived, Halloween was a hoot.

    Been going to Bootcamp since it started up. I have to say it is the best fitness programme I have done. I have always been into fitness and a member of a gym since leaving school but gym work for me just doesnt cut it like bootcamp does.

    Every part of your body has some kind of work out, I feel much more energetic, less lathargic, healthy and have dropped inches / dress sizes and also my fitness ability has increased dramatically since I started in July.

    We work out on a private field, which entails lots of drills, using tyres, poles, cargo net equipment etc, we also finish the end of the work out with a boxing session, which is my favourite. The good thing about it is there is no pressure and you work to the best of your ability.

    I have to say the instructors, Darren, Anna, Bill and Nic are amazing, professional people who really want to help you reach your goal. They have certainly helped me achieve a good fitness level, which I thank them for.

    All I can say is, dont knock it till you’ve tried it. ”ITS WORTH EVERY PENNY”

  6. Well….what can I say, BOOTCAMP it the way forward for anyone wanting to lose weight and get fit. It is by far the best kind of fitness I have ever done and believe me, I have tried them all!!

    There is so much variety and every session is different, I have been coming since July and it has never been the same, which definitely stops you getting bored.

    All of the instructors are very friendly, helpful and know how to have a good time, however professional at the same time. Bootcamp has really changed me in lots of ways, and all for the better I believe.

    I would encourage anyone to give BOOTCAMP a go, it is a MUST!! As they say ‘NO PAIN NO GAIN :-)

    o = original, every session there’s something new
    o = outrageous, crawling through mud/dragging tyres!?
    t = training, the whole body
    c = challenging, work at your own pace
    a = addictive, once you see the results you’ll be hooked too
    m = motivating, experienced instructors make it great fun
    p = progress, it really really works

    in summary I LOVE IT! Come along and you’ll love it too :-)

    I have been personal training with Darren for a few weeks now. He gives me the motivation I need to succeed and on top of this I really enjoy training with him. Darren has pointed me in the right direction about my eating habits and has introduced a training plan for me to complete to keep my fitness levels up. I have lost weight and I feel alot fitter and more confident. I could not even run for 30 seconds now I can run for 20 minutes without stopping. Thanks Darren for all your help, see you next week :-)

    Hi ive only done 2 sessions at bootcamp but they are amazing! 1st session in the rain was awesome :) x im a gym bunny and regular swimmer but found my body wasnt being challlenged enough so thought why not give bootcamp a go x best decision iv made, the sessions are fun from start to finish and never the same x you can work at your own pace but Darren and others spur you on to work harder so by the end you are knackered but feel great and are smiling :) x id challenge anyone to give it a go and ill guarantee you’ll want to give it another bash! xx thnx Darren c u soon xx

    Ive been coming 3 weeks and already addicted.Ive struggled for years with gyms and gym equipment at home but had no motivation and got bored.No chance of this happening at bootcamp you are fully motivated from start to finish of each session and every session is different so theres no chance of getting bored.Darren and the instructors keep you goin and motivated all the time.everyones really friendly and there is people of all fitness levels go.I feel fitter and feel slimmer already.would recommend to anyone who wants to try something different and who does not want to feel like excercise is a chore to give it a go and im sure you will love it.

    I have trained with Darren since the end of January I am 48 yrs had several injuries but have stuck in there .This is not easy if you want to lose weight or inches expect hard work. Darren is the best motivation you can get he encourages you all the way it is better training with someone he prepares all your training in advance. 2 stone down and from a 20-22 now wearing a 16 that is fab. But be aware hard work not easy no pain no gain . My children have never seen me so light I have decided this is a life time programme I will have to train with Darren to improve and maintain this progress. Darren you have improved my self esteem and confidence thank you

    I’ve been going to boot camp for about 3 months now and am addicted, i love how good i feel now, so much more energy, fitter and my self confidence has grown loads, i’ve lost 1st 4lbs up till now mainly on my tummy and chest area which am over the moon with. Everyone is really nice and the instructors are fab encouraging you all the way. :o )xx

    3 weeks into Boxercamp and I’m loving it. I really look forward to every Wednesday & Friday (not had that before) and Darren makes the sessions really varied – you never know whats coming next. Brilliant!

    Best thing I ever did was start bootcamp in january, I feel fab and have gone down 2 – 3 dress sizes and my fitness levels are really good now, at the start 1 session would kill me now I’ll do 2 to 3 a day on a tues nd thurs, its good fun and amazing people go that are easy to get along with :-) and darren makes ur session enjoyable..
    Worth every penny give it 1 go nd u’ll be back for more

    I have trained with darren now since January , I had just had a baby and had a lot of excess weight to lose . But can thankfully say with all of Darren’s encouragement I am working my way back to my normal weight . But he will make you work so be prepared to hurt , although each session is fun and different . He is also a fab baby sitter while you work out :-)

    Okay, so I started bootcamp in February 2012, I was bordering on a size 22. I am now into month 5 of bootcamp and I absolutely love it. The sessions are fun and varied, but hardwork.

    I have just completed the 28 day body transformation challenge and I am one happy lady with the results. I’ve dropped 15lb and 44cm off my body, 10cm of these from my waist, 5cm from my hips and 13cm from my bust.

    Since starting bootcamp I have dropped 3 dress sizes. Not only am I losing weight and inches but I feel healthier, I sleep better and have more energy.

    Bootcamp has been the start of a new chapter in my life one that I will continue because I enjoy it so much. If you want to lose weight, inches and become healthier then join up today. The group is really friendly and Darren is THE best trainer by far.

    I just want to say a MASSIVE thank you to Darren and all the gang at pinchaninch bootcamp for all your support.

    Iv been going to boxercamp for 6 weeks now and what can i say i love it
    never thought i would have the confidence to go let alone keep going (im a size 18)

    no one judges me everyone i have met encourages me and my fitness level has gone from 0 to 100%.

    Im going to complete the 28 day challenge in january and although i havent weighed myself yet i can feel my body changing .

    I will continue to go and anyone who has self confidence worries should come to classes no one judges you everyone is there for one thing weather your big or small .

    Thanks Darren and richie for your encouragement and making every session different .
